This company is trash. I ordered an Obsidian on a whim. Come to find out it is illegal basically everywhere other than private property due to it's 1000watt output. At least in most states it is. When I brought this up to the folks at Mokwheel they responded with "how would they know?" This had me scratching my head as the bike has a 1000Watt sticker on the downtube below the seatpost. Have they ever looked at the products they sell? 😂 You can't legally ride one on a street without license, registration, and insurance. I may as well just keep riding my KTM Duke. Furthermore, it is not allowed on any trails at least here in Pa because of the wattage as they are designated class 1. They are not even allowed on the GAP trail that runs from Pittsburgh to DC as even it which is basically an unpaved flat roadway has a 750watt limit on ebikes for the trail. Do your due diligence on your state and local laws pertaining to these bikes or you could not knowingly be riding down the road and get your bike confiscated and also incur quite a few fines and possibly a criminal charge depending upon where you are, and the type of cop you are dealing with. Also, I am looking at close to 2 weeks on a refund as they take 3 to process it, then their bank puts a hold on it until it clears their end. Oh, and they charged me a 5% restock fee on a bike that wasn't in stock to begin with as it wasn't going to ship until the 21st and I ordered it a week prior. I wouldn't go anywhere near this company. Soend a few more dollars and get a CYKE Falcon A if you want this type of bike but road legal. The Cyke is a higher quality bike as well and on sale for $2999. I just ordered a Niner. Sad these fly by night trash companies pray on the uninformed consumer.

Hey Bro! I have a Question for you, In Settings there is a option called Drive Modes and your options are Battery Save, Comfort and Climber, I have it in Comfort Mode and it doesn't reach top speed that is listed. Does Climber make it go quicker? When you enable it, It says Battery and Motor May Heat Up.
